This Tips briefly demonstrate you how to change your Registered Name and Company name in the System Properties dialogue box after installing your windows XP. We can accomplish this tweak by editing our Registry editor, but editing registry is not a good practice always, because registry editing may damage your system in some times, so whenever you do, just have a registry backup. Its worth a million.

If your system powered with Windows XP crashed and require a Boot Floppy to Rescue the Disk in emergency time, then you need to do a system recovery. we know windows xp doesn’t have any rescue Disk, but we need not to worry about that, because windows having ARD (Automated Recovery Disk) with the help of the ARD we can create on Rescue disk to boot in emergency period. Creating a Rescue Disk is a necessary work for a PC which is like a life saver for your system.

Many Problem’s in the system may occur due to missing of some system files in the hard disk, plenty of people reinstall the system to resolve the problem, this is time consuming.
If the problem is caused by some missing or damaged file n hard disk you can retrieve those files from the OS CD. In windows 98 you could take it from the DOS menu or from some software’s from other manufacturer’s But windows XP provides you many files from the setup files.
People who are using Command Prompt for some particular task have to browse to that particular folder if they have to execute the file in that folder in the command prompt window, by default your command prompt will show you your user name Root Directory like this “c:\Document and Settings\user>”. So you have to travel a huge path to reach your destination folder, which is a hectic work. Just think of how if we can go to that particular destination root directory of the folder when we open command prompt(“D:\mywork\destinatin>”)!!! Cool isn’t it?? Lets learn it from here.
